This album is pretty good. They are apparently on a label that feature filmmakers and all-around nice Jewish boys Joel and Ethan Coen are involved in. The only other acts signed to the label are the Gaer Grimsrud Trio (debut ep Pancakes House out next month) and Carl Showalter, who is doing a Dylan covers long-player called Subterranean Woodchipper Blues. It drops in October.
